I. REBIRH ARTOPIA IN 798

Seeking Francis Bacon through Mist and Chaos
Rekindling a Stronghold for Nomadic Artists in City

Design Description: 798 used to be a manufactory complex for old Beijing. After being abandoned, it became a stronghold for nomadic artists in this city. Here, artists created freely and hanessed the workshop spaces capriciously. The seemingly shabby 798 region not only served as their studios and exhibition galleries, expressing art andaesthetics, but also became their soul departs and sanctuaries of hustle and bustle. Thereafter, with the specification and the regulation from the government, artists retreated gradually from 798 region. However, such a breathtaking story and history remains within the chaotic but inclusive atmosphere in 798 region, which reminds me of the art career and idea of Francis Bacon.

II. A GERMINATING SOUL

Research On Form And Massing Generation Of Green High-Rise
Architechture Based On Multi-Objective Genetic Algorithm

Design Description:
The site is of enormous complication. Firstly, there is poverty and survival crisis around the selected site, surrounded with both under-privileged slums and ordinary city high-rises, lacking of pure water, food resources and energy shortage. What’s more, the mix of slum dwellers and the unemployed middle class retreated from urban centers also forms a complex demographic structure. Thirdly, in the case of high-density living, there is a lack of green environment and public space. Therefore, we put forward the strategy so-called A green vertical productive industry within the urban regions. First, we hope to put into an industry to bridge the community and improve poverty and unemployment through win-win cooperation. Secondly, to construct a multi-level production and utilization system of materials and energy through both vertical and horizontal order. It provides the city with net water source, agricultural and sideline products, electric heating energy.

III. FILMIC IMMERSIVE EXPERIENCY OF DRAMA ART

Experimentation of the Experimental Drama Lies in its Filmic Tendency Manifests as a Narration in Scenes Montage Structures and Visual Logic

Design Description:
798 used to be a manufactory complex for old Beijing. After being abandoned, it became a stronghold for nomadic artists in this city. IV. FLOURISH COLLECTIVE IN NEW YORK

Food-First Typology Architectural Studio
Improve the self-sufficiency and resilience of communities through the complete production cycle of a staple food.

Design Description: The amount of images produced each year is increasing exponentially, this is partly due to the increased accessibility of cameras and smartphones and social media and image sharing platforms. Additionally there is a rapid increase in images that are not meant for humans to look at but are part of machinic operations, ranging from computer vision, to surveillance technologies, to the vast datasets used in machine learning and artificial intelligence. Invisible images are increasingly intervening in all aspects of everyday life, their functions changing from representation and mediation, to activations, operations, and enforcement. While these technologies lead to increased visibility our research indicates that the resulting post-digital media ecology paradoxically also leads to a decreased visibility. Our field guide explores this paradox, propôsing an expanded vision that includes human and machines, exploring operational images in terms of input, process and output.

V. COMPLICIT IMAGES: EXPANDED VISION

Research of Paradox between Invisibility and Vibility of Images in this Post-digital Era
Culture Makes the World More (In) Visible

VI. SWING MOOD WITH AMUSEMENT  AND LIBERTY

Dreamy Illusion and Night Navigation
For Social Slaves in Communal Tenements

Design Description: Apartment dwellers are mobile and have different demands. Apartments need to have temporary, changeable possibilities to meet the movement of the population. The arrival of the era of economic stock, the contraction of a large number of economies has brought great pressure on individuals to work, and the realization cost of young people's "dream" is high, resulting in group negativity and social apathy in society. After work, young people try to tear up the numb body in the mania of livehouse, talk show, bar, etc., and feel the superficial freedom and happiness under the influence of hallucinogens and alcohol.

VII. OTHER WORKS I: “LIFE CAPSULE”

"Human-bird co-living" green high-rise office building design with high-efficiency
Through parametric design tools combined with python image recognition and machine enhancement

Design Description:
By using python image recognition and machine enhancement, the morphology of dragonfly wings in data set is synthesized to generate characteristic and representative dragonfly structures.Based on the growth principle of dragonfly vein, I extracted the boundary and junction of three types of Tyson polyhedra, and completed the bionic and transformation from two-dimensional wing vein to three-dimensional space from the biological principle.Secondly, we extract the connection mode of the wing node, optimize the topology of the three-dimensional wing structure line, and finally bend the converted straight line into a curve again. We used Cocoon algorithm to generate pipes of different thickness according to grade, which are used for pedestrian traffic, mechanical transportation, and bird feeding activities.

OTHER WORKS II: “RE-COGNITION OF GHANA”Consistently with the United Nations goals, in oneof the emerging African agricultural scenarios, In-spiraFarms is about to build a technological andcultural hub to address the global challenges offood supply chains. lt will generate a greater abilityof products and job opportunities.

OTHER WORKS III: “MAKE OBJECTS” MODELS
Objects, the materials they are made of, their physical qualities, their dimensions, are your inspiration and your resistance. My operations on them, how I transform them, how I take advantage of both their physical potential and their inherent intelligence—this is our responsibility as a maker, as an artist, as an architect, as a human being who cares about our earth.

OTHER WORKS IV: “SURVEY AND MEASURE OF SHENYANG1 IMPERIAL PALACE”

Mapped, drew and digitally modeled with 3D GIS that presented abstract spatial content, introducing dynamic features of the building itself. Fulfilled the technical drawing of plans, elevations, sections and other components of the remains of the Imperial Palace of the Qing Dynasty--Yihe Hall, and the drawings are stored and accepted into database of ancient architecture for further application and Research afterward.
